Item Conditions: if the items are onhand with me, i make sure that what i sell are in mint condition unless stated in my selling post. moreover, i send my buyers videos of the item conditions before confirming their order. once they have agreed with the condition, i will send the order confirmation and cancellations are no longer allowed.— however, if the items are pre-ordered, the conditions of the items are not certain. it may arrive to me with dents, manufacturing defects, and/or scratches. the order cannot be cancelled since the i was not the one handling the item.Estimated Time of Arrival: before confirming the order, i always disclose the item’s time of arrival within the philippines, and to my address. do not purchase or confirm your order if you are impatient. however, if the items are already onhand, then it is ready to be shipped out whenever it is fully paid.Mode of Payment: all payments for your orders are through GCASH, GOTYME, PAYMAYA or WISE only.Deadline of Payment: all orders are posted with the price and the deadline of payment. if PAYO, it is understood that you have to pay as you order, or within 24 hours upon ordering. if opting for NRDP, it means that you have to provide me with a non-refundable downpayment within 24 hours and remaining balances are collected upon a stated date, so please be responsible :)Proof of Payment: always make sure to send your e-receipt in order for your payment to be reflected.Late Payment Fee: all fees must be paid before the agreed upon deadline. delays with the downpayment will incur a late payment fee of 50PHP per day, valid for only 5 days (250 PHP). if still unpaid, item will be cancelled and buyer will be posted as bogus buyer. if the downpayment is paid, late payment for the remaining balance is allowable for 2 weeks only (700 PHP). failure to fully pay the items along with the LPF gives me the right to resell your item WITHOUT refunds and post you as a bogus buyer.Cancellations: once i have sent the order confirmations, cancellation of orders are no longer allowed. pasalo slot is okay, but provide me the details of who will take your slot. if you insist on cancelling, the downpayment for your orders are already non-refundable.

Downpayment first policy: A 50% downpayment is required for me to start on your commission.
Remaining balace is due once the project has been finished. The output will not be passed if remaining balance is not forwarded.
Late payments will incur a ₱20/day fee, valid for 5 days. Deletion of the project will be done 5 days after there has been no payment.
I have the right to post my works on social media.
I have the right to accept or decline commissions.
I do not accept vague requests (i.e "ikaw na po bahala").
You are allowed to edit your content, but DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK unless you have paid for its removal. Doing so will result to a public callout.
